I put together a simple guide for farming Sunwell Trash mobs. It's meant for PUG's or for guilds that are not quite ready to go in and kill bosses.

The info contained is fairly common knowledge, it's just all put together so you don't have to try to read different posts, or Wowhead comments and piece together the info.

Thanks

I hope you don't mind if I post this in your thread, it is somewhat related. It is a video of myself and a friend two manning the first Sunblade Scout for marks of Illidari/gems and a chance at epics.

http://www.vimeo.com/975153

At one point we missed a piece of loot due to being unlucky with the pat, meaning invisible was on cooldown for too long to collect it so it despawned. I even sent a ticket to a GM about this and within 24 hours the case was reviewed and declined because it is our own responsibility to loot the corpse "especially when attempting a 25 man raid with two players".

How does the shaman get past the group invis pots would seem costly for the number of times you do it.

We bought a load of lesser invisibility pots on the AH for around 30-50 silver each.

On average we get a boe green or a mark of illidari about every 10 kills.

Yeah, I really don't see it being at all worth it because of the repair costs/time involved. Just get a group of like 10-15 decent people who can listen and just clear to Kalecgos once a night or something.

I highly doubt a PUG of 10 people can clear to Kale.

That's why I didn't say pug lol. It depends on gear level obviously, but as long as you have proper cc etc, you could clear most of it.

I think it's impossible to kill the scouts with let's say 4 dps, since u need 3 tanks and 3 healers for the big packs.

... The video manastorm posted shows them killing them with 2.

It would obviously take a long time to burn down the large sentinels, and the imps might get gay, but if you're just there for farming trash, time isn't a huge concern.
